Terms and Conditions of Sale – Ebooks Only

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of tourist ebooks offered by With You to guests staying in properties managed by the concierge service.

2. Products

With You offers digital products (tourist ebooks). Access to these products is strictly reserved for guests who have a valid booking.

Personal access code

A unique personal access code is provided to the guest upon booking. This code is strictly confidential and must not be shared or disclosed to any third party.

Any unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of the content may result in immediate suspension of access, without refund, and may give rise to legal action according to applicable laws.

3. Prices

Prices for the ebooks are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included, at the time of purchase.

With You reserves the right to amend its prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Payment

Ebooks are payable online at the time of purchase, using the payment methods available on the website.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital content supplied immediately in intangible form is not subject to a right of withdrawal, once performance has begun with the customer’s prior consent.

6. Liability

With You provides the ebooks with care and professionalism. However, With You shall not be held responsible for the use of information contained in the ebooks. The content is offered for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of results.

With You shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or events attributable to third parties.

7. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
